May Procession

The entire Maryvale Community participated in the crowing of Mary during a beautiful liturgy.
The May Procession Court this year consisted of
the Queen, Rachel Jarboe
and her two attendants, Amanda Weis and Mackenzie Kilduff.

A big thank you to all of our 7th & 8th grade ladies, who worked so hard at Special Olympics today. They were a great group who did a very difficult day of work to help the students athletics.

The 7th & 8th grade are preparing for their community service trip to assist Baltimore City Public Schools at their
Special Olympics events on Tuesday, May 3.

Morgan and her 7th grade art class have been invited to attend the White House Easter Egg Roll on Monday, April 25, 2011.

Due to the hard work of Mrs. Cunnane we will have a speaker

on Thursday, April 28, 2011.

Nicole Ortiz, Miss Maryland United States 2009,

will speak to all grades during a morning assembly.

Nicole is the founder of “No Body’s Perfect."

This is a program to increase awareness on eating disorders.

Nicole will share her own story on battling both anorexia and bulimia.

She will also offer insights on healthy living, esteem building, and positive decision making. .
